On-demand HR support is just that. It is a subscription service available to existing clientele, where you can call a Catawampus consultant and have a conversation about any employee management concern. 

How Does On-Demand HR Support Work?

To subscribe to on-demand HR support services, clients must first have two initial client consultation meetings with a Catawampus consultant to discuss their business, position, and/or employment management needs. These two consultation meetings will provide us with insight into your business to ensure we have the necessary information to best support you. 

After the two initial client consultation meetings, clients will then have the option to purchase a subscription to these services, whether that be an annual subscription or paying for individual sessions as needed. 

 Note: New client consultation meetings are not free. 

  • The New Client Consultation includes (2) one-hour sessions during which a consultant will examine your business, strategies, and goals in-depth and work with you to develop a path for growth.  
  • The cost for the (2) one-hour sessions is $100.

Why do new clients need to purchase and go through two new client consultation meetings before having access to On-Demand Support services?

The reason for this is so our consultants have the necessary information about your business/organization/position to best support you. 

Consider this:

You are a new client, you haven't worked with Catawampus Consulting before, and you have an employee who has not shown up for work, and you can't get ahold of them. Now, you are unsure what steps you need to take based on what is written in your handbook. If you have not worked with Catawampus Consulting,

  • We do not have your handbook.
  • We do not have any information about your business.
  • We may have to research state and local laws. 

We would not be able to provide you with support immediately to help you through this scenario.

  • We would have to read your handbook.
  • We may need to research local and state labor laws (if necessary).
  • We would need information about this employee. Is absenteeism an issue? Are they on probation? 

We would need to take time to get the information necessary to help you through this situation. Which is not the point of this service. 

Now consider this: 
  • You have met with us. 
  • We have your handbook. 
  • We have done our research on your business, local and state laws, etc. 
  • We have information about your employees.
  • We have your policies.

What happens after the two new client consultation meetings?

After you have met with a Catawampus Consultant and have completed the initial intake process, you will have the ability to subscribe to the On-Demand HR Support Services through your Catawampus Consulting account.
